|ATLANTA – November 18, 2004 – Suburban Franchise Systems (SFS) announces
the opening of five Suburban Extended Stay Hotels. The addition of
these properties extends Suburban’s network to Tallahassee, FL; Avondale,
LA; Sterling, VA; and offers an additional locations in Jacksonville, FL
and Chesapeake, VA.
Each owner is keeping within the brand standards including providing a full kitchen in each guest room as well as adding their own personal touches. The Tallahassee property, which serves a large legislative and University base, includes high speed Internet access, automated voice mail and wake-up call, direct dial to each guest room, swimming pool and sundeck. Adjacent to the Chesapeake Conference Center, the Chesapeake, Virginia property includes a fitness room, meeting room and a business center. The Sterling location, just north of Washington Dulles International Airport, is the first five-story interior hotel in the Suburban system.
