|November 17, 2004 - PRI acted as the Exclusive Advisor for Cornerstone
Real Estate Advisers, a subsidiary of Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company,
in the sale of the 215 room Omni Indianapolis North Hotel in Indiana to
HEI Hospitality, a privately held hospitality investment firm.
PRI acted as the Exclusive Advisor to Lehman Brothers in the sale of the 285 room Hilton Hotel in Beaumont, Texas to a local investor.
PRI acted as the Exclusive Advisor to Wellesley Inn Incorporated in the sale of the Wellesley Inn, a boutique hotel located in Wellesley, Massachusetts to a major opportunity fund based in New York City.
These Transactions were completed by Matthew Kenney, Managing Director of Pinnacle Realty Investments.
PRI is currently handling the exclusive assignment on approximately $505 million worth of lodging transactions and financings, including the Westin Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island and a lodging portfolio throughout the western United States.
