DENVER, Colo. � Nov. 16, 2004 � The Denver Four
Points by Sheraton Denver Cherry Creek, located near the city�s upscale
Cherry Creek shopping district, has added two new key players to its team.
Food and Beverage Director Paul Caccia, who has 12 years� of experience in the field, will oversee catering and special meeting services. Prior to joining the Cherry Creek property he was senior marketing associate with Sysco Food Services in Denver, where he marketed food and related products to the hospitality and health care industries. While serving as F&B manager for a full-service restaurant and Holidome in Kirksville, Mo., he consistently achieved high profit percentages in a 19-hotel chain. Caccia has also worked as an F&B manager at properties in Elgin, Ill. and Cherry Hill, N.J. Charles Grier, most recently office manager at the Four Points by Sheraton at Denver University now holds the position at Four Points Cherry Creek. He has been a front desk manager at a number of properties, including the Denver Hilton South and the Embassy Suites, Residence Inn North and Comfort Inn North, all in Colorado Springs. �We�re pleased to welcome new managers who have proven they will add to the high level of service and professionalism our hotel has always offered,� said general manager Michael Micketti.
