WHAT:    NORTHWIND’s Maestro Property Management Suite for single and multi-property operations expands E-Booking and Yield Management functionality and maximizes rates for all reservations channels including Internet bookings.  Vintage Inns, a four-property hotel group, leverages Maestro GDS Yield Management for a projected $1M in e-bookings in the first year of use.  Managers control rates for all market sources from one screen, and Maestro’s SynXis GDS interface gives properties the ability to standardize all website bookings for optimized pricing and rate integrity whether on 3rd party travel sites or from a voice center.
