NOV 22 SANTA MONICA, CA ---The Institute for Conflict Management,
LLC (ICM) is pleased to announce the launch of a new line to its existing
dispute resolution panel, specifically focusing on the Hospitality industry.
Never
before has there been a panel of hospitality industry experts who are trained
and dually qualified to resolve these types of hospitality and lodging
related disputes. This innovative branch of experts will enable the
industry to stop delays on projects and lower the number of potential lawsuits
that might occur between different parties. Used appropriately, Alternative
Dispute Resolution (ADR) can be a very successful form of risk management.
According to ICMs Managing Director, Andrew Golden, When it comes
to ADR, one size doesnt fit all; the great thing about ICMs hospitality
panel is that our Mediation, Arbitration, and Issue Review Board services
can be tailored to fit the specific needs of each end user. Owners
and In-House counsel can customize the dispute resolution process to fit
the needs of the specific relationship involved.
ICM understands the need for hospitality experts to resolve these sorts
of disputes. As a result, ICM brought on eighteen of the top members
of the International Society for Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and trained
them in the various dispute resolution methods to occupy positions on the
hospitality panel.
Maurice Robinson, member of the Board of Directors of the International
Society for Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), and hospitality industry expert
states, "The availability of hospitality industry experts to provide dispute
resolution services to our industry is absolutely fantastic. Costly and
time-consuming litigation has been draining money, management time and
goodwill from the hospitality industry. Until ICM, there were no providers
of experts who were both trained in dispute resolution as well as knowledgeable
about our industry. This service will be welcomed by all parties in the
hospitality industry, and hopefully, soon the majority of disputes will
be settled outside of the courtroom."
Established in 1995 as a premiere trainer of dispute resolution processes,
ICM developed a panel of highly trained, construction and real estate industry
expert resolutionists. All ICM panelists are trained in Mediation,
Arbitration, and ICMs own Issue Review Board processes. The companys
current branches of its panel focus on construction and real estatepanels
which have benefited municipalities, public works agencies, and the private
sector.
