Ms. Lupo began her career in 1994 with Marriott Hotels & Resorts.  She spent two of her ten-year career with The Camelback Inn, A JW Marriott Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz., and the remainder in her current position at the Monterey Marriott.  Born and raised in Monterey, Ms. Lupo knows first-hand the treasures within and around the city.

Additional qualifications include: active membership in a local concierge association, two Le Clefs d'Or sponsors, a recommendation letter from the hotel general manager and a successful score on the Le Clefs d'Or examination.  Once completed, the concierge is reviewed by the membership committee for acceptance.  Successful applicants receive two gold key pendants to be worn on each lapel symbolizing Le Clefs d'Or accreditation.
