Morales brings more than 9 years of diversified experience in accounting, finance and operations management.  Her areas of expertise include budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, financial analysis, productivity and profit maximization and corporate relations.  She also has extensive experience in public accounting. 

As corporate director of financial operations for Tiburon Hospitality Management, Morales will be responsible for establishing and implementing new policies and procedures ranging from internal controls to revenue and expense management for all three properties.  Additionally, she will work directly with each of the property controllers on strategic assignments and projects.

Prior to joining the Tiburon team, Morales was the corporate controller for Fifteen Asset Management, LLC � a property management company based in Miami, Fla. There, she was responsible for the financial reporting of 44 owned and managed multifamily housing communities that included more than 14,000 units in nine states.  Prior to that Morales was the controller for Interstate Hotels and Resorts Sheraton Anchorage Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska.

Also, Kimberly Freer has been appointed corporate director of travel industry sales for Tiburon Hospitality Management, according to John Davies, vice president of sales and marketing.

Freer has more than 23 years experience in hospitality, theme park and retail travel agency operations and was most recently with the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as a national sales manager overseeing the retail leisure and corporate business markets.  Her areas of expertise include product development, international and domestic wholesale, retail travel agencies, corporate, youth, convention and meeting planning.  Prior to joining Fairmont, Freer held similar positions with the Adam�s Mark in Orlando, Fla., Universal Studios in Hollywood, Ca., and the Westin Walt Disney World Swan in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

As corporate director of travel industry sales for Tiburon, Freer will be responsible for working directly with all three Tiburon resorts in penetrating and spearheading the wholesale, consortia, travel agent and extended stay markets.
