The Langham London Selects TravelCLICK
as Electronic Distribution Partner
.
CHICAGO (June 30, 2004) - Richard W. Gray, chairman and co-CEO of TravelCLICK, announced today that The Langham London, a 429-room luxury hotel in the West End, has selected TravelCLICK's  iHotelier booking engine for its Web site connectivity. The hotel will be using TravelCLICKs technology platform to manage its own distribution activities through its local Internet channels.

According to Duncan Palmer, General Manager of The Langham London, As a newly-independent hotel, having ended our association with the Hilton brand, The Langham is pleased to have TravelCLICK as our electronic marketing partner. In particular, the dynamic packaging functionality, capacity for multiple languages and corporate account management tools afforded by TravelCLICK's e-commerce technology allow us to take a leadership position in the marketplace.

TravelCLICK enabling technology, including the patent-pending OneScreen Web booking engine user interface, customized Web-based CRS, GDS connectivity, online voice reservation management, Internet marketing, and dynamic packaging (allowing consumers to customize their own packages), provides all the tools necessary for the property to manage their electronic distribution process on their own. In addition, the new TravelCLICK functionality enables both corporate accounts and meeting attendees to make hotel reservations into their blocks directly through the property's Web site.

"By combining consumer interactivity with extensive management tools, the iHotelier booking engine allows independent hotels to take direct control of their enterprise and maximize their profits from electronic distribution on the Web," said Ray Cohen, president and co-CEO of TravelCLICK. "For a property such as The Langham London, these capabilities are fundamental to being a market leader and preferred choice in todays intensely competitive Internet marketplace. We are very pleased that when a hotel of the stature and sophistication of The Langham decided to move from a chain affiliation to independent status, they chose TravelCLICK as their electronic marketing partner.
