Liquidation Sale of the Mall of America Grand Hotel, Bloomington, Minnesota |

July 15, 2004 - The Metropolitan Airport Commissions (MAC) has contracted
with NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc. of Springboro, OH to liquidate
the entire contents at the Mall of America Grand Hotel, formerly the Doubletree
Hotel. The hotel will then be demolished as part of the expansion project
at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. This will be the
third property that NCL has liquidated for the Commission.
The 320-room hotel contents liquidation is being held on-site at the hotel located at 7901 24th Avenue South, Bloomington, MN and opens Thursday, July 15th. and will continue for the next 30 days. Everything in the hotel will be liquidated from silver chafing dishes, crystal chandeliers, guest room and suite furnishings, sofas, artwork, commercial laundry, restaurant and bar furnishings, linens, china and glassware.
