New Office in Indianapolis |

Atlanta. July 26, 2004. PKF Consulting, the national hotel
and real estate consulting firm, has opened an office in Indianapolis and
has brought on long-time industry expert Mark Eble to head the new practice.
Indianapolis will be the firm�s 10th location. PKF Consulting currently
has offices in Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York,
Philadelphia, Washington, DC, and its headquarters in San Francisco.
�With the upturn in the economy and numerous opportunities opening up for us in the Midwest, we�re pleased to launch this new office, and Indianapolis is a strategically-positioned location for us,� said Mark Woodworth, Executive Managing Director of PKF Consulting�s Hospitality Research Group. �Moreover, we�re thankful to have Mark Eble, an experienced and respected industry leader, join us to head our Midwest operation,� Woodworth added. Eble is a Vice President with PKF Consulting and brings more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience in both a consulting and hands-on operational capacity. Before joining PKF Consulting, Mark Eble was a Regional Vice President with Cendant�s RCI division. There, he was responsible for major account management and business development, including Cendant�s $650 million acquisition of Fairfield Communities in 2001. Prior to Cendant, he led the New York City hospitality consulting practice for Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Earlier, he was a Principal with Laventhol & Horwath in Chicago where he focused on the hospitality industry. Eble has managed and conducted hundreds of consulting assignments, involving both the public and private sectors, throughout the U.S. and in Europe and Asia. He has worked for the industry�s leading lenders, developers, chains and management companies and has dealt with all aspects of operations, development and financing. Eble has been quoted on hospitality issues in the The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Economist, USA Today, and has appeared as a travel industry expert on CNN Business News. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a lecturer at Cornell University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University�s School of Hotel Administration and is a licensed real estate broker. Indianapolis Information:
