KANSAS CITY, Mo. (July 29, 2004) - The 374-unit Clarion Hotel Sports
Complex including two-bedroom suites, located at 9103 E. 39th Street across
from the Truman Sports Complex, the home of the Kansas City Royals and
Chiefs, is now open. The hotel, formerly operated as the Adam�s Mark,
is owned by Arrowhead Hospitality. Jim Hanson is the general manager.
The hotel has 19 meeting rooms totaling 16,000 square feet that can accommodate groups of up to 1,000 individuals. The Clarion Hotel Sports Complex has rooms and suites with king, queen and two double beds. Each room features 27-inch cable TV, in-room movies, in-room coffee maker, clock radio, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, large work area, telephone with two separate phone lines and one with a speaker phone and web TV. The Clarion Hotel Sports Complex is located near the intersection of I-70 and I-435, minutes from the downtown area, Country Club Plaza and Independence Center.
