David Garon has over fifteen years experience as a General Manager.  Most recently he was the Area Director of Operations for Wyndam Hotels, responsible for eleven hotels in the Western US, and based at The Pickwick Hotel in San Francisco.  He had been with Wyndam since 1990 in various GM assignments throughout California.  A Certified Hotel Administrator since 1989, he is a graduate of The University of California Los Angeles.  He lives in Novato, California with his wife and children.

Carrie McAllen began her hospitality sales career in the 1980�s with Fairmont Hotels.  Her most recent hotel assignment was Director of Sales and Marketing for The Oakland Marriott City Center and The Oakland Courtyard by Marriott Hotel (concurrently).  Previously, she was the Director of Sales for the Mark Hopkins Intercontinental Hotel San Francisco, and she has held key sales positions at The Hyatt Fisherman�s Wharf, The Hyatt San Jose and The Red Lion San Jose.  She also co-founded Grass Shack Events, a meeting logistics and production firm, which continues operation in The San Francisco Bay Area.  She lives in Oakland with her husband.
