Once complete, Fairfields flagship Orlando location will now total 58 acres and include eight Mediterranean-styled towers comprised of 1,100 individual timeshare units the most of any Fairfield timeshare resort property.  More than 4,000 families have already purchased a timeshare interest at Fairfield Orlando at Bonnet Creek Resort since pre-construction sales began last summer.  Upon completion, the resort is expected to attract more than 50,000 guest families per year.

Timeshare owners are discriminating travelers, and Bonnet Creek provides the very best Orlando has to offer in both luxury and location, said Franz Hanning, president and CEO, Fairfield Resorts.  Increasing our commitment to Bonnet Creek is a direct response to the tremendous interest this project has generated since sales began last year.

Accommodations at Fairfield Orlando at Bonnet Creek Resort will include one, two and three bedroom condominium villas, as well as a select number of four-bedroom penthouse-style Presidential Suites.  All units are fully furnished and include a private balcony, whirlpool tub, in-room laundry facilities, audio/video entertainment units, as well as full kitchen and dining amenities. The resorts extensive list of on-site recreational facilities will include six heated pools, four spas, miniature golf, sand volleyball and multi-sport courts, childrens playground, fitness center, game arcade and computer library.

Bonnet Creek Resorts first guests began arriving on Friday, June 4th, with the completion and initial opening of 23 villas located at the resorts Village Center, which overlooks the sprawling complex and a 10-acre lake.  The resort will continue to open in phases as additional buildings are completed.  A Grand Opening celebration will occur this fall with the completion of the resorts first phase (Village Center & Building One).
