| ATLANTA (July 22, 2004) -Staybridge Suites Hotels has opened the doors
of its newest hotel in Aurora, Ill. The 148 room all-suite hotel in Aurora,
is the 76th addition to the brand's growing portfolio of extended-stay
hotels.
"We are pleased to announce the grand opening of the Staybridge Suites-Aurora on the heels of just recently opening our 75th hotel in Eatontown, New Jersey," said Rob Radomski, vice president of brand management for Staybridge Suites hotels. "With the addition of the Aurora, Ill. development to the existing portfolio of hotels and the more than 30 in development the Staybridge Suites brand continues to move forward on a path of accelerated growth," said Radomski. The multimillion dollar, 100,000 sq. ft. hotel is located near key area attractions, which include Aurora's Hollywood Casino, Chicago Premium Outlets, Paramount Theatre, and Naperville's Riverwalk as well as nearby corporations such as JVC, Cabot Microelectronics and Weyerhaeuser. The property is situated amidst lakes and walking paths in the Meridian Business Park. A walking path to the Metra Train Station, with easy access to downtown Chicago, is adjacent to the hotel. Guests can choose from three suite options (deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/2 bath). All suites feature functional, well-lit work stations with ergonomic seating in every suite, fully equipped kitchens, data ports, two-line speaker phone with voicemail and direct dial access and high-speed internet access is also complimentary. The new hotel offers several unique amenities such as complimentary guest laundry and workout facilities, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, deluxe complimentary breakfast buffet which features two hot items, 24-hour business services center. In addition, guests will enjoy gathering in the hotels' Great Room for nightly "Sundowners" receptions for refreshments, light appetizers and conversation.
