William K. Anderson Named Managing Director
of The Oceanside Holding Company

PROVIDENCIALES, TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS (AUGUST 27, 2004) - William K. Anderson has been named Managing Director of The Oceanside Holding Company.  He is responsible for management, operations and marketing for The Palms, Turks & Caicos, an $85 million, five-star luxury resort opening in January, 2005; and the The Sands at Grace Bay, a 116-suite resort. Both resorts are on Providenciales in The Turks & Caicos Islands.

Most recently Anderson was founder Chairman and CEO of Acacia, a development, management and marketing company. Acacia was formed to address the growing demand by the highest end of the luxury travel market for new and unique small properties, spas and complementary real estate in the world�s leading resort destinations. Acacia later merged with Chris Blackwell�s Island Outpost. He also served as the President of the hotel division of Abercrombie & Kent.

Anderson has conceptualized, developed, managed and marketed over 30 luxury resort, hotel, restaurant, club, interval ownership and related real estate properties around the world, serving in a variety of operational capacities. In addition, during the early stages of his career, Anderson was considered one of the premier food and beverage executives in the world, twice winning the national �Restaurant of the Year� award as well as being the only person to win �The Wine Spectator�s Grand Award� three times.

His experience encompasses properties in North America, Europe, the Caribbean, Central America, Australasia and Africa. Among these unique properties are Hotel Crescent Court, Dallas, Texas; Meadowood Napa Valley, St. Helena, California; The Lanesborough, London, United Kingdom; Hotel Bel-Air, Los Angeles, California; Jumby Bay Island, Antigua; The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Dallas, Texas; The Wakaya Club, Fiji; The Tryall Club, Jamaica; Red Sage, Washington, D.C.; Olonana, Kenya and the Chobe National Reserve, Botswana. Many have involved opening or repositioning the property.
