today announced that Dolce International Conference & Resort Destinations
selected StarCite’s lead management technology to power a new 24-hour call
center for meeting planners. Using a custom version of StarCite’s RapidRFP®,
call center employees can quickly build and send meeting requirements to
Dolce’s global sales. StarCite has integrated all leads into Dolce’s sales
force automation solution through Newmarket International’s MeetingBroker.
The complete solution provides efficiencies in analysis, response and management.
Additionally, StarCite’s data aggregation dashboard gives Dolce centralized
visibility to all leads from Meetings Desk and the StarCite Online Marketplace.

Dolce has promoted the Meetings Desk in a marketing campaign that offers incentives to book business meetings of 50 or more room nights in September-December at any center.
