CEO Software Form Strategic Alliance

Portsmouth, NH., August 2, 2004 -- MeetingMatrix™ International, Inc., of Portsmouth, NH, and CEO Software, Inc.® of Tucson, AZ announced that a new distributor agreement has been forged which will allow CEO immediate distribution rights of MeetingMatrix’s full line of products and service to its current and future customers.  

CEO Software, now under new ownership, has opted to partner with the industry’s most advanced and leading edge room diagramming solutions company in the world, MeetingMatrix International.  For almost two decades CEO Software has been a preferred and recognized leader in the sale of sales and catering solutions to the hospitality industry.  With a strong customer base of thousands, including the university and healthcare segments, CEO Software will play a major role in the continued penetration of MeetingMatrix products and services into these marketplaces. 

MeetingMatrix International was approached by CEO Software’s new owner Paul Thomas, to inquire about a future alliance and to relay information of the recent changes at CEO Software.   As a result of their market analysis, both companies agreed to create a strategic alliance which allows for CEO Software to exclusively distribute the MeetingMatrix suite of products and services.  CEO customers will now be able to purchase MeetingMatrix products and services, direct, to streamline communications and book more business via this new sales channel.   A robust XML interface between MeetingMatrix solutions and CEO Software’s Scheduler Plus software has been created to allow for seamless data interaction between both systems.
