Benedict Li - Benedict Li has been appointed as the Financial Controller of Langham Place Hotel. Prior to joining the Langham Place Hotel, Mr Li held a position as the Financial Controller for Langham Hotels International Ltd since 1998. Mr Li holds a MBA degree majoring in Finance. Wing Ho Lam - A veteran engineer with over 19 years of solid experience in engineering, Wing Lam joins the Langham Place Hotel as Chief Engineer. Mr Lam started his stint as an engineer in Esso Chemical, Canada, and has then held various positions in the engineering field both overseas and locally. Prior to joining the Langham Place Hotel, Mr Lam's last post was the Maintenance Manager of Hyundai Construction for a large development complex. Mr Lam holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a corporate member of HKIE.

Benedict Li - Wing Ho Lam

Ms Shng has accumulated Marketing Communications experience in the Broadcasting, Telecoms and Hospitality industries, locally and in Singapore. She has worked in several five-star establishments including the Island Shangri-La Hotel and Mission Hills Golf Club. Prior to assuming this position, Ms Shng was Director of Communications of the New World Renaissance Hotel.

Ken Loh - Ken Loh has been appointed as the Front Office Manager of Langham Place Hotel. Mr Loh started his stint as Guest Services Supervisor, Reservation Sales Manager, and Corporate Sales Manager of The Sheraton HK Hotel and Towers.

Mr Loh was the Revenue Manager / Assistant Front Office Director of The Regal Airport Hotel, Hong Kong prior to joining the Langham Place Hotel.

Janet Besmer Thai - A veteran with over 20 years of solid experience in Housekeeping, Janet Besmer joins the Langham Place Hotel as the Executive Housekeeper.

A native Singaporean, Mrs Besmer has held various positions in the housekeeping departments with several hotels in the South East region including Holiday Inn Hotel (Singapore), Oberoi Imperial Hotel (Singapore), Bali Oberoi Indonesia, HK Hotel (HK), Regal Meridian (HK) and The Omni Marco Polo Hotel (HK). Prior to joining Langham Place Hotel, Mrs Besmer was the Executive Housekeeper of Langham Hotel, Hong Kong.
