| PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Aug. 26, 2004) � Cendant Corporation�s Hotel Group
today announced the appointment of Robert Bilotti as senior vice president,
franchise sales and development, responsible for selling the company�s
Super 8®, Days Inn®, Ramada®, Travelodge®, Howard Johnson®,
Knights Inn®, Wingate Inn® and AmeriHost Inn® franchises in
the United States, focusing on new construction projects.
Bilotti previously served U.S. Franchise Systems Inc. in Chicago as vice president, franchise sales and development, since 2000. He joined that company as director of franchise sales for its Midwest region in 1995. From 1994 to 1995 he was an attorney with the law firm of Harris Beach & Wilcox LLC in Syracuse, N.Y., where he practiced commercial real estate and banking law. He began his career as an associate attorney with the law firm of Swartz, Evans, Dickinson & Timmerman PC in Watertown, N.Y., practicing in the areas of commercial banking and tax law with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. Bilotti received his bachelor�s degree in business administration and finance in 1986 from LeMoyne College, Syracuse. He graduated with a law degree from Albany Law School of Union University, Albany, N.Y., in 1989.
