"We are very excited about joining the Best Western International hotel family," said Jack Katz, owner of the San Juan Airport Hotel. "The hotel will have a niche market targeting travelers, all businesses and services at the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. We envision our property as an extension of the improved infrastructure at the airport."

As the second Best Western in Puerto Rico, the newly refurbished hotel offers an ideal meeting location for large groups. The property features seven large conference rooms which can accommodate up to 125 people combined. Business travelers can also increase their productivity with the hotel's 24-hour business center located adjacent to the lobby.

Guests can choose from 125 spacious guest rooms and enjoy a deluxe continental breakfast daily. The property also features a fitness center, spa and game room. Visitors will enjoy relaxing on the beaches of nearby Isla Verde or exploring the treasures of historic old San Juan.

"Best Western is excited to welcome the San Juan Airport Hotel to our chain," said Mark Williams, vice president, North American Development for Best Western International. "This property is a great asset to the Best Western brand and will be an important location for business and leisure travelers visiting the gateway of the Caribbean."

The hotel is the first public site in the airport to provide free Wi-Fi service. High-speed wireless Internet access will be available free to both hotel guests and airport travelers who visit the hotel's lounge. Those hotel guests with laptops who do not have a B120 wireless card can request a complimentary card from the hotel for the length of their stay. In addition, the hotel offers hard-wired high-speed Internet access and free guest technical support for the service seven days a week.
