Also Selected to Advise on Disposition of 360 room

|KANSAS CITY, Missouri, May 26, 2004 - Warmbrodt
Hotel Investments, Inc. “(WHI”) a Kansas City based hotel real estate firm,
announced today it advised FelCor Lodging Trust in the sale of the Holiday
Inn-Westport in St. Louis, Missouri. Located in the Westport Business
Park area, the property is adjacent to Interstate 270 and Page Avenue.
The 316-room, 11-story property contains over 12,000 square feet of meeting
space, the award winning Copperfields Restaurant, Micki’s Sports Lounge
and indoor pool. The property was sold to an affiliate of Lodging
Hospitality Management of St. Louis for an undisclosed amount.
The company also announced it has been selected to advise FelCor Lodging Trust in it’s disposition of the 360-room Holiday Inn Mountain View located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The four and five-story, interior-corridor hotel contains over 7,000 square feet of meeting space, indoor pool, fitness center, full-service restaurant and lounge and is strategically located at the northeast quadrant of I-40 and I-25. This location is within minutes of the University of New Mexico, Sandia National Labs, downtown Albuquerque, Intel, Lovelace Health Systems, and the Albuquerque Sun Port Airport.
