California Hotels to Choice Brands

Formerly a Best Inn & Suites hotel, the hotel underwent extensive renovations that included the addition of a fitness center, completely remodeled lobby and breakfast area.  Additional improvements included an updated exterior, parking lot, enhanced lighting and landscaping. 

Owned and operated by Palacio Rancho Cordova LLC of San Diego, Calif., the 112-unit hotel features standard rooms equipped with king and queen size beds, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, work desk with chair, free high-speed wireless

The Quality Inn & Suites hotel features an outdoor heated pool and spa, fitness center, meeting room that can accommodate up to 60 people, guest laundry services and large breakfast area. 

Conveniently located off U.S. Highway 50, the Quality Inn & Suites hotel is central to Rancho Cordova�s business district.  Many local restaurants and shops are close by and nearby attractions include, Old Town Sacramento, Folsom Shopping Outlets, Cal Expo-Fairgrounds, Arco Arena and University of Sacramento.

Econo Lodge Inn & Suites hotel at 4625 Central Way, Cordelia, California

Formerly an Overniter Lodge, the hotel was purchased in 2003 by Palacio Palm LLC of San Diego, Calif. and has been completely renovated. 

Econo Lodge is the second-largest brand in the Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) system, and one of the best-known names in its category.  Econo Lodge hotels are targeted at value-conscious travelers. Within the market segment, the brand is known for cleaner and safer rooms, and limited but meaningful amenities.

Renovations of the hotel included a new exterior, updated interior, new signage and enhanced landscaping.  Palacio Palm LLC spent more than $1 million on this project with the intention of providing clean, comfortable, and affordable lodging for the city of Fairfield.

�We are very excited about our new look.  We are proud of what we now have to offer the community and look forward to providing personal service to our guests,� said Beenita Govan, general manager. 

The hotel features new accommodations with 49 standard guestrooms and 61 loft suites.  Loft suites include all standard amenities plus a microwave, refrigerator, pullout sofa, and additional television. 

The Econo Lodge Inn & Suites hotel features a complimentary continental breakfast buffet.
