.

ATLANTA (June 8, 2004) - Day Hospitality Group (DHG) held a Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony recently for the Fairfield Inn and Suites by MarriottKennesaw.  Built as a Fairfield Inn eight years ago, the hotel recently opened 8 suites and officially converted to the newest brand in the Marriott family of hotels.

Owned and operated by Atlanta-based Day Hospitality Group, the three-story, 86-room hotel is located at 3425 Busbee Drive, Kennesaw, Georgia. Brooke Erlacher Stall serves as General Manager.

Guests in the Kennesaw area of Atlanta request suites, said Fred Cerrone, President of DHG.  It is one of the most sought-after amenities.  Consequently, we updated our hotel floor plan to provide suites.  We will continue to exceed our guests expectations with outstanding service.

Since it opened in the summer of 1996, the Fairfield Inn has remained a market leader in its field.  In response to demand, it converted to the Fairfield Inn & Suites brand.  The designation reflects changes that include design, furniture, decoration and the renovation and expansion of some conventional rooms to suites. The hotels dedicated staff remains in place.

The additions will meet a definite need in the market, said General Manager Brooke Stall.  Expanded suite amenities include wireless Internet access, 5-disc compact disc players, video cassette players, 32 televisions, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, and hair dryers.  Hotel renovations include new carpet and wall coverings in the public areas, and the creation of an exercise room.

The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, facsimile and copy service, free local phone calls and expanded 63-channel cable TV.  The Business Center provides guests with free access to the Internet and use of a computer printer.  A complimentary continental breakfast is available each morning in the breakfast room off the lobby. The public areas feature living-room ambiance complete with wingback chairs, a dual-sided fireplace and fresh-baked cookies daily.

Fairfield Inn & Suites participates in Marriott Rewards, which enables members to earn and redeem points for free stays at over 1,600 Marriott lodging properties.
