Mills joins Outrigger with over 15 years of industry experience in full service hotel operations, condominium resort management and renovation project management. He has held key management positions with the Hyatt Regency Waikiki, Royal Lahaina Resort and Aston Hotels & Resorts Hawaii. His most recent position was that of General Manager of the Aston Coral Reef Hotel.

"He brings a vast amount of experience from many facets of the hotel industry and will be a major contributor in maintaining the hotel's standards of guest service and satisfaction." Agas also pointed out that Mills' background will serve well as the property embarks on an extensive renovation next year as part of the company's multi-million dollar Waikiki Beach Walk development that will position the Outrigger Reef on the Beach as one of Waikiki's preferred hotels of choice. 

The Outrigger Reef on the Beach is one of only seven hotels that occupy an oceanfront setting on world-famous Waikiki Beach. The hotel features three restaurants, two with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean; fifteen lobby specialty shops, from sundries to boutiques; a self-service business center; children's activity program and an on-site day spa.
