The 2,700 room Wynn Las Vegas On Track
for April 2005 Opening

Las Vegas, NV (April 19, 2004) - Steve Wynn's newest resort, which will be one of the most expensive properties ever built, is on track for an April 2005 opening.   The 50-story resort, complete with golf course and spa, will provide guests with the ultimate retreat, raising the bar on service and convenience. 

Nine-foot floor to ceiling windows in each of the 2,700 guestrooms and suites will provide guests a sweeping view of the famed Las Vegas Strip, the property's mountain lake area and exclusive golf course.  Amenities including plush European linens and bedding, flat screen televisions in both the living and bathroom areas and high-speed Internet access will be in every room. 

The 200,000 square feet of meeting space has two ballrooms, 18 meeting rooms and two boardrooms equipped with cutting edge technology.  Each meeting room includes stunning views of the resort's many outdoor treasures, including elegant pools, landscaped vistas and Wynn Las Vegas's elite golf course, designed by Tom Fazio and Steve Wynn. 

"This will be a truly unique place that guests may never want to leave," said Chris Flatt, vice president of sales and marketing for Wynn Las Vegas. 

Wynn Las Vegas is the only property on the Las Vegas Strip with an on-premise golf course. Entertainment and dining will be experiences that are unrivaled anywhere. 

Shopping aficionados will have the chance to explore high-end retail shops including, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Gaultier.  The hotel also sports a Ferrari and Maserati dealership. 

Wynn Las Vegas is located on the Southeast corner of the former Desert Inn site, adjacent to the Sands Expo Center and across from the Fashion Show Mall
