of Oak Plantation Vacation Ownership Resort from Oak Plantation Joint Venture,
an affiliate of Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc.
to provide the highest quality service possible to our approximately 5,000
existing owners as we complete the sellout of the remaining inventory.

by SunVest Realty Group includes the remaining inventory of approximately
7,000 interval weeks. The closing took place in Orlando on April 20, 2004.
Mortgage financing is being provided by the Resort Receivables Division
of Textron Financial.

approximately $12,000 per week and currently affiliated with the Interval
International exchange company. It is the new owner's plan to incorporate
