Radisson Hotel Utica Centre Receives
Presidents Award for 3rd Straight Year

 
Utica NY- April 1st 2004 - Radisson Hotels & Resorts (based in Minneapolis, Minn) announced today that the Radisson Hotel Utica Centre has been awarded the Presidents Award for 2003. This is the 3rd consecutive year the Radisson Hotel Utica Centre has received the award, which is only given to those few hotels that achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction as measured by customer feedback.

The Radisson Hotel Utica Centre is a brand champion for Radisson and will help us achieve our goal to become the brand choice for frequent travelers seeking an upscale hotel experience” Gullaksen explained.

“They achieved top scores on the annual quality review by LRA Worldwide for cleanliness and consistency in meeting and often exceeding the brands product quality standards” added Gullaksen.

Mark Cherry, General Manager of the Radisson Hotel Utica Centre stated “Receiving this award for the third straight year is very exciting for the staff and ownership of the hotel, it tells us that we are continuing to improve the hotel in the correct areas and add amenities and features that are important to our guests. The Radisson Hotel Utica Centre has a staff of 150 to service the guests and hotel which features 162 guest rooms, 15,000 sq feet of meeting space, indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, restaurant and lounge. The hotel just added its newest amenity, free wireless high-speed Internet access in all areas of the hotel.
