Noble Investment Group Appoints Kimberley Ann Lowthers
and Lisa Smith to Regional Director of Sales &
Marketing Positions
ATLANTA, Ga., April 12, 2004 � Noble Investment Group, one of the hospitality industry�s leading owner/operators of upscale and premium branded hotels, today announced that it has named Kimberley Ann Lowthers as a regional director of sales & marketing.  Additionally, the company announced that it has promoted Lisa Smith to regional director of sales. 
 
�As we continue to expand our hotel portfolio, we are focused on securing premium share in our markets, and the addition of Kimberly to our team and promotion of Lisa are consistent with that commitment,� said Mitesh Shah, Noble Investment president and chief operating officer.  �Both Kimberley and Lisa have proven track records and will add substantial depth to the company.�

A more than 15-year hospitality veteran, Kimberley Ann Lowthers most recently was director of sales & marketing for the Swissotel-Atlanta.  In her new position, she will be responsible for a portion of Noble�s portfolio to include the Crowne Plaza Atlanta-Bulkhead.  She has held a variety of sales positions within the hospitality industry, including national sales manager for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Lisa Smith has been director of sales for Noble�s Hilton Garden Inn in Atlanta - Sugarloaf and now will oversee the sales and marketing for a region of Noble�s portfolio.  Prior to joining Noble, she held numerous property-level positions, including general manager of the Loudermilk Conference Center, conference sales manager for Crowne Plaza Powers Ferry and director of sales & marketing for Residence Inn-Gwinnett Place.  Additionally, she is the recipient of the 2003 Gwinnett Convention and Visitor�s Bureau �Friends of Tourism� award.
