David Forrester Appointed General Manager at the
Fredericksburg Inn & Suites in Fredericksburg, Texas

 
Dallas, TX, April 26, 2004:  Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC) announced today that David Forrester has been appointed general manager at the Fredericksburg Inn & Suites in Fredericksburg, Texas.

As general manager, Forrester will oversee the successful management of the hotel, including operations, sales and marketing, and associate and guest satisfaction.  Forrester joins the Fredericksburg Inn after a successful period as the Assistant General Manager of the Radisson Hotel Tulsa Airport in Tulsa, OK, another of HMC’s managed properties.

Fredericksburg, founded in 1846 by German immigrants, is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.  The hotel is built around a mid-19th century Sunday House, and the original building still stands and serves as the inn’s breakfast room. The property offers 102 rooms with 10 suites, and meeting and conference facilities all located on 5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.  Situated just a block from Fredericksburg’s historic downtown Main Street, the Inn is within easy walking distance of the city’s famous shops and restaurants.

Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC), founded in 1971, is a privately owned independent management company and is one of the oldest independent hotel management firms in the lodging industry.  For over three decades, HMC has provided hotel management services for third party institutional and private owners.  The company’s headquarters has been located in Dallas, Texas since its inception.
