| ATLANTA, Georgia, March 30, 2004 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based
hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised Midland Loan Services,
Inc. in the disposition of the Clarion Inn & Suites Blue Ash located
at the southwest corner of Interstate 71 and Pfeiffer Road in Cincinnati,
Ohio. Blue Ash is located approximately 12 miles northeast of downtown
Cincinnati. The six-story Clarion Inn & Suites offers 177 guest rooms
including 45 two-room executive suites. The property features a full-service
restaurant, indoor pool and bar, fitness center, game room, business center
and approximately 19,500 square feet of meeting space including a 5,100
square foot ballroom. The property was sold to Trivedi and Associates,
LLC, for an undisclosed amount.
Keith Thompson, a founding partner of the firm, stated “the transaction
was very timely for both the seller and the buyer. The buyer plans to renovate
and reposition for future demand growth, and given the property’s prominent
location in the Blue Ash area of Cincinnati, it should be well received.”
