| ATLANTA, Georgia, March 30, 2004 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based
hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised Midland Loan Services,
Inc. in the disposition of the Clarion Inn & Suites Blue Ash located
at the southwest corner of Interstate 71 and Pfeiffer Road in Cincinnati,
Ohio. Blue Ash is located approximately 12 miles northeast of downtown
Cincinnati. The six-story Clarion Inn & Suites offers 177 guest rooms
including 45 two-room executive suites. The property features a full-service
restaurant, indoor pool and bar, fitness center, game room, business center
and approximately 19,500 square feet of meeting space including a 5,100
square foot ballroom. The property was sold to Trivedi and Associates,
LLC, for an undisclosed amount.
Keith Thompson, a founding partner of the firm, stated �the transaction
was very timely for both the seller and the buyer. The buyer plans to renovate
and reposition for future demand growth, and given the property�s prominent
location in the Blue Ash area of Cincinnati, it should be well received.�
