 The 106 room River Terrace Inn Opens as Luxury
Boutique Hotel in Downtown Napa, California

(January 2004) - The River Terrace Inn opened November 2003 as a new luxury boutique hotel in downtown Napa, featuring 106 graciously appointed guestrooms and suites, a restaurant and wine bar, meeting space, and much more.  This is the newest hotel construction in the downtown area.

Gustin Property Group LLC, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico is the developer of the project. Gustin Property Group LLC has completed approximately 30 real estate developments in nine states and Canada.  The owner of the project is Wine Country Hotels LLC, also based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The River Terrace Inn is situated in beautiful historical downtown Napa along 300 feet of the Napa River with wonderful vistas of the wildlife sanctuary, offering a unique and tranquil escape.  Also nearby is the popular Napa Valley Wine Train, renowned COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts and the Napa Valley Opera House, built in 1880.  The Inn features 106 graciously appointed guestrooms and suites with balconies, complimentary High Speed Internet Access and Wi-Fi, the ultimate in bedding - selected for its high quality and comfort, and thoughtful amenities such as DVD/CD players, designer bath and body products with hypo-allergenic soaps, and mini-bars featuring selections of Napa Valley wines.  The 33 suites also feature expanded vanity areas and oversized self-cleaning MTI whirlpool tubs with stunning views of the landscape.

Currently, the Inn offers the Terrace Café with a complimentary breakfast buffet and California wine bar with Tapas, Paninis and snacks all day. Restaurant Budo is scheduled to open late Spring 2004, featuring New American food with Asian influences by chef James McDevitt, a 2002 James Beard Foundation Awards recipient.

Ideal for an executive retreat or business in the wine country, the River Terrace Inn provides accommodations with in-room business amenities, 1,500 square feet of meeting space and a full-service Business Center.
