The alliance enables both Safir and Swiss Inn to explore and develop reciprocal and joint activities that connect each other�s strengths in their respective markets.  The distribution of both companies� hotel portfolios matches.  The main area of activities of both Safir and Swiss Inn are in North Africa and the Middle East.

Omran Hayat, Vice Chairman of Kuwait Hotels Co., the parent company of Safir International Hotel Management said, �We are determined to turn, the recently by KIPCO acquired Safir Group around and there is great potential for creating synergy and value between both companies.�  The Safir Group also owns 50 percent of the Abou Nawas Hotels Management Company, which operates 19 hotels in Tunisia.
