Trail Plantation has promoted Kimberley Curtis Johnston to Director of
Resort Operations. Johnston�s responsibilities include overseeing all food
and beverage facilities, conference services, conference sales, resort
buildings, reservations, housekeeping, and the resort�s Village Activity
Center. Johnston will work closely with Executive Chef, Mike Bodjiak, and
Director of Rooms and Activities, Toni Henry, to assure all resort operations
run properly and efficiently.
Johnston joined Sea Trail Plantation in 2002 as Director of Sales, Conference Services and Banquets. Prior to joining Sea Trail Plantation, Johnston served as the Food and Beverage Manager and Conference Services Manager for Berry Hill Plantation & Conference Center in South Boston, Va. While there, she was responsible for increasing sales and providing visiting executives from around the world with the highest quality accommodations and a five-star level of food and beverage. She also aided in the development of the Conference Sales Department once the private facility went public. Johnston has served as a sales executive for Century 21 in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and has managed many fine-dining facilities in the Myrtle Beach and Pawley�s Island, S.C. areas. �Kimberley�s proven success in her position as Director of Sales, Conference Services and Banquets for Sea Trail Plantation has given us ample reason to promote her,� said Dana Connelly, President of Sea Trail Plantation. �Kimberley�s more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry is a tremendous asset to Sea Trail and we look forward to her making significant contributions in her new position as Director of Resort Operations.� About Sea Trail Plantation
