Signature Promotes Harold Cook
to National Account Manager

Columbus, Ohio � February 12, 2004 � Signature�s annual company meeting, held at the Embassy Suites, in Dublin, Ohio, was the right time and place to announce that Harold Cook, Regional Training Team Leader with Signature, had been promoted to National Account Manager.  Harold will share this responsibility with Joy Anderson, also a National Account Manager.   In this role, Harold will be responsible for evolving partnerships with Signature clients at the corporate and ownership level.  Using a consultative approach to relationship building, Harold will help Signature clients identify short and long term business challenges and offer them a training or business solution to meet their desired outcome.

Mr. Cook began his career with Signature in 1998 as a Regional Training Account Manager covering southern California.  He was promoted to Regional Training Team Leader in December of 2000, managing a team of eight trainers.  Prior to Signature he held such positions as � Rooms Division Director, Director of Operations, Director of Sales and General Manager.  Harold has a degree in Hotel Management and is a Certified Hotel Administrator.  Harold will maintain his residence in San Diego, CA.
