Erie, Pennsylvania - Headquarters Hotel Development |
| October 17, 2003 - The
Erie County Convention Center Authority seeks qualified developer(s) to
construct and operate a full-service convention center headquarter hotel
near the to-be-constructed Erie Bayfront Convention Center. The project
includes a 200+ room hotel on a site to be determined. The opening
target date for the hotel is the first quarter 2006. A pre-response conference
will be held at 12:00pm EST on Tuesday October 28, 2003 at: Erie Civic
Center, in the Brabender Conference Room. Respondents are encouraged to
attend, but are not required to do so.
Responses to the RFQ are due by 5:00 p.m. EST on November 7, 2003. The preferred method for registering to obtain the RFQ document is via www.chjc.com Click on the �Erie RFQ� link in the lower left hand corner of home page. You may also fax a request to: C.H. Johnson Consulting, Inc.
