San Francisco. October 30, 2003. Amy Phillips has joined
PKF Consulting as a Vice President in the firm�s Washington, DC office,
announced Walter Williams, Senior Vice President with PKF/C and head of
the Washington office. Ms. Phillips brings more than 20 years of
hospitality industry experience, with significant hotel food and beverage
operations experience at Hyatt, Omni, Marriott, Sheraton, and Embassy Suites
properties in both East and West Coast venues.
Ms. Phillips has also served in management capacities with commercial restaurants and business and industry food service operations. For the past 10 years, she has been in the consulting industry, four years of which were with Cini-Little, where she conducted and supervised a wide range of projects including restaurant concept development, feasibility analysis, and operations analysis. Additionally, she has experience in the preparation of RFPs for business, industry, and attraction food and beverage operations, and in feasibility analysis for hotels and resorts. She also brings experience in business development for architecture firms. PKF Consulting is an international consulting and real estate firm specializing in the hospitality industry.
