.
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA December 9, 2003 HMC (Hospitality Marketing Concepts), the leading solution provider of loyalty membership programs has given its clients a sneak preview of the latest version of ClubCentral, its proprietary CRM software application.

ClubCentral was specifically designed for the hospitality industry, to give hoteliers the marketing edge that can put them ahead of their competition.  It is a user-friendly application that allows the hotel to collect and manage client information, identify key clients, recognize business trends, selectively communicate with specific target profiles, and automate communication to clients.  Moreover, ClubCentral offers the capability to measure the effectiveness of each marketing campaign with ease.

Since its initial release, ClubCentral has evolved tremendously to serve the changing needs of HMCs clients.  The latest version, ClubCentral Release 3.0, debuts a number of additional features, including:

  • Customizable dashboard interface, providing immediate access to key metrics such as total number of clients, F&B covers, roomnights, and revenue
  • Trend analysis capability, excellent for comparing specific time period from year to year, or to evaluate business impact before and after a marketing campaign
  • Expanded campaign functionality allowing users to personalize and customize communications by uploading graphics and templates, and a greater range of filtering parameters for even more targeted and effective marketing activities
HMC is inviting user feedback on this latest version of ClubCentral.  ClubCentral is a very important tool for our clients.  The hotel industry relies on repeat business, and an easy-to-use, flexible, and relevant CRM application is of paramount importance in keeping a hotel close to its customers, said Mokhtar Ramadan, CEO of HMC.  It is vital for us to receive constructive feedback from our clients, so that we can continue to evolve ClubCentral according to their needs and wants.
