May 14, 2003 -- Interstate Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: IHR), the nation�s largest independent hotel management company, today announced that it had signed a long-term contract to manage the new Radisson Kendall Hotel and Suites, Miami, Fla.  The 156-room property is owned by Kendall Hotel Resort Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership. 

Located on 22 acres in a resort-style setting in the fast-growing Kendall area of South Miami, the full-service hotel is removed from the urban atmosphere but is just a 20-minute drive to Miami and its many cultural and entertainment attractions.  The property is conveniently located next door to a world renowned medical facility and is only minutes away from international shopping venues, several major colleges and universities and all the Miami-area professional sports venues.

The Radisson Kendall hotel features 156 designer-appointed guest rooms, including 48 one- and two-bedroom suites with fully outfitted kitchens.  Standard rooms are more than 600 square feet in size and provide an array of amenities typical of a first-class hotel, including a complimentary in-room safe and fully stocked minibar.

Hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, two lighted tennis courts, fitness facilities and a Jacuzzi.  The hotel restaurant, Paradise Bar & Grill, features American cuisine with a �Floribean� flair; room service also is available.  The hotel also features approximately 5,000 square feet of indoor meeting space.
