Under the agreement, Incite Response clients can easily add CallMe�s Instant CallBack buttons to their Incite Response e-mail campaigns or to their individual Web sites. Each recipient will receive a highly personalized e-mail that incorporates a click-to-call button, also custom-designed to match the hospitality property�s identity. The guest can click on the button, then enter his or her telephone number and name to request instant or scheduled callback from the property.

Guests can choose to receive a telephone call immediately or after a delay. Once the call is connected, the guest and hospitality representative speak over standard telephone lines, eliminating complaints about static and poor connections that afflict calls
carried through a computer. 

After a guest places a call using Instant CallBack, Incite Response can send a follow-up e-mail to the guest with additional offers or information.
