Coakley Williams Goes Wireless With StayOnline -
StayOnline becomes approved vendor for
installing high speed Internet access

Atlanta, GA, May 19,2003 --  StayOnline, the nations only 100% wireless high-speed Internet access provider for the hospitality industry, announced today it has added Coakley Williams Management Company, a hotel management firm, to its list of clients. Coakley Williams (CW) provides consulting services to a portfolio of 23 hotels.  StayOnline has already installed high-speed access at a CW property in Rockaway, New Jersey.

Wireless connectivity is an amenity business travelers today expect to have, said Stephen Hahn, Director of Information Systems for Coakley Williams. Its essential for hotels that cater to business travelers to provide necessary amenities in order to stay competitive.

In making their decision on possible providers, Coakley Williams enlisted the help of ITS of Atlanta. Key considerations included security, wireless capabilities and financial components. Hahn says wireless connectivity isnt only about the guest. I see down the road, and not a long road, where other services are delivered wirelessly.  Hahn added he foresees wireless delivery of hotel management material as well as strong marketing uses involving wireless devices.

The Rockaway Hilton Garden Inn, based in Rockaway, NJ, is the first of Coakley Williams managed properties to install StayOnlines wireless high-speed Internet access (HSIA). The Rockaway Hilton will provide complimentary high-speed Internet access throughout the hotel with complimentary wireless access available in the lobby and restaurant areas.

StayOnlines plug and play capabilities for its HSIA was an important attraction for us, said Marc Rothstein, general manager of the hotel. The fact that the guests don't have to change their settings to access the Internet is a big plus. In addition, their 24 x 7 customer support was a key deciding factor in selecting StayOnline to install our first system.
