REMco Software - quality hotel software and property management systems |
Innovative Leasing Program DICKINSON, NORTH DAKOTA (June 17, 2003) - REMco Software, Inc. today announced an exciting new leasing program, available on all REMco products and services, for customers located in the U.S. The new REMco program allows hotels and resorts to obtain a lease covering 100% of the expenses associated with installing a new REMco system, including software, hardware, installation, training, and technical support. Leasing allows a property to acquire the systems they need without the initial outlay of cash that is typically required. When the lease period has ended, they simply return the system to the leasing company and upgrade to the latest hardware and software under a new lease, stopping obsolescence in its tracks. With a REMco lease, customers are financing just the use of the system, not the entire cost. One of the innovative features of the REMco leasing program is that our customers can add hardware and software to the lease as their business grows, explained Troy Huber, Vice President of Finance. At the end of the lease our customers can buy the system, return it, or continue on a month-to-month basis. This gives ultimate flexibility to hoteliers who cannot predict what the financial climate will be in three years. he added. Huber also explained how hotels can deduct 100% of the monthly lease cost without impacting their depreciation schedules on federal and state tax forms. For customers who are holding off upgrading their outdated systems, REMcos leasing program makes it easy, Huber said. Applications are usually approved within hours and the whole process is very smooth. Leasing is the answer, even for large corporations, Huber summarized. REMco Company Information
