  Marriott Hotels of Canada Reach Agreement with
Pinnacle International to operate the Pinnacle Hotel,
Formerly Delta Pinnacle Vancouver

TORONTO, ON - June 2, 2003 - Marriott Hotels of Canada announced today that the company has reached an agreement with Pinnacle International to operate the Pinnacle Hotel on the corner of Thurlow and West Hastings Streets in downtown Vancouver, effective July 1, 2003. 
 
"We are very excited to be adding the 4-star, Pinnacle Hotel to the Marriott portfolio in Canada," said Alain Piallat, President of Marriott Hotels of Canada.  "The 434 room hotel is an important cornerstone in Marriott's expansion of our brands in Canada's key markets.  This new addition enhances our presence in western Canada and offers customers an even greater choice of full service upscale properties across Canada, in addition to our range of select service and extended stay properties".
