In his new role, Nadelman will be responsible for overseeing the property takeover and managing the daily operations at the 500-room hotel - Hyatt Hotels Corporation will assume management of the four-star, four-diamond Swissotel Boston in June 26, 2003. The hotel will undergo a multi-million dollar renovation beginning in early-2004. Renovations will focus on guest rooms and restaurants, while maintaining the hotel�s traditional charm and positioning as a perfect destination from business travelers, groups and leisure travelers alike.

The hotel will be the 208th Hyatt property worldwide and the third property in the Boston area. Hyatt Regency Boston Financial District joins Hyatt Harborside, at Boston�s Logan Airport and Hyatt Regency Cambridge, situated alongside the Charles River.

A 23-year Hyatt veteran, Nadelman started his career in 1980 at the Grand Hyatt in New York City. He then served in management positions at several Hyatt properties, before his current position at the Hyatt Regency Boston. With Hyatt, Nadelman has lived in 13 different US cities in 23 years.

Also a Hyatt veteran, Morvant will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing strategies, developing and administering yearly marketing plans, and directing internal and external human resources to achieve sales and revenue goals. Previously, Morvant was Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hyatt Regency Cleveland, OH.
