to Increase RevPAR with Integrated PMS,
CRES and CRM
|April 29, 2003 - Hansji Hotels, owner and operator of hotels in the
Anaheim resort area, recently completed a full-scale review process of
industry leading enterprise solutions in which it determined that Ramesys
Hospitality’s Entirety Enterprise Suite (EES) was the solution that best
fit their unique needs. They will begin implementing Entirety - a fully
integrated group of modules including property management, central reservations,
customer relationship management, web reservations and telecommunications
systems – this summer.
Phase one of the implementation is scheduled to begin in May 2003 and includes the installation of Entirety PMS for Windows at the properties. Entirety PMS consists of integrated hospitality tools suited for both stand-alone and chain properties including front office, reservations, utilities/data setup, management reports, deposit ledger, housekeeping, maintenance and yield management.
Phase two is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2003 with the installation of the Entirety Central Reservations (CRes) module, incorporating all the properties onto one central database.

The implementation of the Entirety CRes module and the advanced capabilities of the yield management functions will assist us in maximizing RevPar across our properties,” said Fred Brown, Director of Operations for Hansji Hotels.
Brown added, “With the downturn of the economy, we have had to optimize and incorporate CRM and yield management functions on a more advanced level. With Hansji Hotels managing several hotels, the cross-selling capabilities of the Entirety CRes will help us to do this while enabling us to stand apart from other properties who are drawing upon the same customer base.”
Entirety CRes is a single image of room stock that enables the central reservation office (CRO) to take reservations with an up-to-date picture at all times of the room supply. Properties represented are identified according to the customer's request. If a match is not found, Entirety CRes generates a hierarchy of second and third choices, based on the customer's desired criteria. This allows the CRO to cross-sell properties in the event the initial request is not available.
