O�Day brings more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry focused on outstanding golf and resort properties to his new role at The Hotel Hershey. Most recently, O�Day was vice president of operations at Traditional Golf Properties in Williamsburg, VA. Prior to that, he held a similar role at Williamsburg�s Two Rivers Country Club. 
            
The Hotel Hershey�s new general manager began his career with Omni Hotels in New Orleans, LA and continued in management roles with that organization including posts at the Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, NY and the Omni Charlottesville in Charlottesville, VA.  O�Day was also general manager at the Williamsburg Inn and the Williamsburg Lodge and Sports Complex, in Williamsburg, VA � which was a Mobil 5 Star property during his tenure � as well general manager of the AAA, Five Diamond American Club in Kohler, WI.

He also offers us a wealth of experience from two perspectives � group business and leisure � which will offer a great deal to The Hotel Hershey and our company,� announced James C. A graduate of Buffalo�s Canisius College (B.A.), O�Day also holds a Masters of Professional Studies from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration. O�Day, his wife Debbie and their two children, Will (age 17) and Emily (age 15) are excited about joining the Hershey family.
