The hotel is owned by Annett Holdings, Inc., Des Moines, Iowa. 

Ken Parsons continues to serve as the hotel's general manager.

Dan Daniele, president of Baymont Franchises International, said the decision to work with Tim Annett, president and COO of Annett Holdings, Inc., in the conversion to a Baymont Inn & Suites is part of the system's goal of finding healthy economic markets that can sustain an excellent lodging facility. 

"Tim Annett understands the lodging business and he understands what it takes to succeed in the marketplace," said Daniele.

The 56-room Baymont Inn & Suites offers guests many amenities not usually found in mid-priced hotels, including the system's new upscale room type, the Ovations Room, that features a plush pillow-top mattress, Down Lite* pillows, fluffy towels, branded bath products, and free in-room bottled water.  The Ovations Room also features an enhanced workstation with an executive-sized desk, comfortable ergonomic chair and task lamp with a data port.  Other amenities guests will enjoy include an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, game room and a complimentary breakfast buffet.  Business travelers will appreciate the conference center's 4,400 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate up to 250 people.
