Completes $17 million Renovation |
MIAMI BEACH, FL -- (January 21, 2003) -- Eden
Roc Miami Beach, A Renaissance Resort And Spa, announces completion of
its $17 million renovation program that included a re-design of the resort's
meeting space, fine dining and casual dining restaurants, and pool areas.
The new beachside restaurant, Aquatica, will also open in late January
with stunning new design, contemporary cuisine and fantastic ocean views.
Aquatica, the resort's new beachside restaurant is scheduled to open by end of January 2003 and will offer a casual lunch menu consisting of salads, soup, sandwiches and regional specialties, with the addition of steak and seafood dishes on the dinner menu. Guests may choose to dine alfresco overlooking 'One of the World's Top 10 Beaches' or eat in air-conditioned comfort enjoying a view of the restaurant's upstairs swimming pool through large glass "porthole" windows. The restaurant will feature a chic nautical design with sleek lines and rich colors that bring the ocean into the atmosphere. The upstairs pool was redone with new tile and decking, and accented with potted plants. "We are thrilled to announce the completion of this latest renovation
