SMS, with its SMS|Spa product has been automating spas as part of its integrated hotel & resort systems for nearly ten years. During the same period, SpaSoft has developed a reputation as the market leader in stand-alone spa technology. The acquisition makes SMS the #1 provider of spa management solutions worldwide. "Both SpaSoft and SMS|Spa have unique and valuable strengths.
