Maestro users will be able to further expand functionality to support long-term stay guests within the real-time productivity environment.  The implementation within the existing real-time yield management will further assist management to implement revenue strategies and configure the system to respond to a wide variety of variables, including: Automated Rates Management, Automated Tax Adjustments, special options for Housekeeping Services and special features for Travel Agents Commissions Payment. These are further expanded with options and limitations based on length of stay and monthly payment cycles. As with other segments of the market, the long-term stay guests are included within the extensive Maestro reporting and datamining facility.
