Ze-Net Technologies and TEAM Leasing Offer
One-Year No Interest Purchase or Lease
Option on HSIA Systems
RICHARDSON, Texas, July 15, 2002 - Ze-Net Technologies, Inc., a growing wired and wireless broadband infrastructure provider for high-speed Internet access systems and services in hotels, and TEAM Leasing, a major leasing source to the Lodging Industry, announced today a ONE-YEAR NO INTEREST financing program that gives hotels the ability to acquire a ze-nettm HSIA System with the option to purchase the system after twelve months by paying just the remaining principal balance, or continuing with a traditional Operating Lease option that provides leasing at "market rates" for thirty-six months.

The Ze-Net 1-3-4 Lease Program provides an outstanding and timely financing package for hoteliers who want to offer a high-speed Internet access service today, but either don't have the budget this year or want to take a year to decide if paying cash or leasing is best for them.  By combining a ONE-YEAR NO INTEREST purchase option and a thirty-six month lease option, Ze-Net and TEAM Leasing are providing hotels with an outstanding opportunity to buy now and decide which way to pay later.

Essentially the program allows customers to make principal only payments for the first twelve months that are equal to one thirty-sixth (1/36th) of the system purchase price.  Then, they make one final payment of the remaining principal balance or, after the first twelve payments the customer may choose to begin making lease payments that are a little higher and include interest.  At the end of the thirty-six month lease, the customer has the option to purchase the system for its then fair market value (FMV), return the equipment or renew the lease for an additional twelve months at one half (1/2) the monthly payments of the original twelve months.

"We started working with TEAM Leasing on this program in May after having several potential customers tell us that they simply didn't have the money in this year's budget to buy," said Randall Jamison, President of Ze-Net Technologies.  "Then at the HITEC show in Chicago last month, we had several people tell us they are really feeling the competitive pressure to provide a broadband access solution now, but with their 2002 capital budgets already committed, they would have to wait until next year."

"As a long time lessor to the Lodging Industry, we know that things are a little slow right now," said Leo Whigham of TEAM Leasing. "When we got the call from Ze-Net, we could see how our participation in this program would be a great opportunity for us to work with a well known, quality vender in providing a financial vehicle that's a win-win for everybody."

The Ze-Net 1-3-4 Lease is a financial product of the times that gives hoteliers a year to decide if using money in their capital budgets or expensing the cost as an operating expense is the best way to go.  "What could be better than having the use of the system to satisfy your competitive objectives now, then having a year to make the final financial decision?" asked Whigham.
